Welcome to WellnessBox Malaysia. These terms govern your use of our platform and the purchase of our nutritionist-approved meal plans. By ordering, you agree to these standards of service.
01. Service Scope & Delivery
WellnessBox Malaysia provides a meal kit service specializing in fresh, ready-to-eat meals. By engaging our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and reside within our delivery zones in Kuala Lumpur and the wider Klang Valley.
Every balanced daily menu is prepared fresh. We aim for punctuality, however deliveries are subject to traffic conditions and weather. Our delivery window is typically between 08:00 and 11:00. If no one is present to receive the delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, the box may be left at your guardhouse or doorstep at your own risk.
You are responsible for the immediate refrigeration of meals upon arrival. WellnessBox Malaysia is not liable for food spoilage resulting from improper storage after a successful delivery.
02. Subscription Dynamics
When you order healthy meals through our subscription models (Weekly or Monthly), your payment method will be charged at the start of the billing cycle. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateways.
- Promotional rates apply only to the first cycle unless otherwise stated.

We use bank-grade encryption for all recurring transactions.
Nutrition Accuracy
Our calorie-controlled set meals are designed by certified nutritionists. While we strive for absolute precision, nutritional values are calculated based on standard ingredients and may vary slightly due to seasonal produce sizes or preparation methods.
WellnessBox Malaysia provides a wellness service. We do not provide medical advice. If you have specific medical dietary requirements, please consult a healthcare professional before starting a new diet menu with delivery.
Allergies & Sensitivities
All meals are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, soy, dairy, seafood, and wheat. While we offer "no-added" ingredient options, we cannot ensure a 100% allergen-free environment.
Users must disclose severe allergies during the signup process. WellnessBox Malaysia is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from non-disclosed sensitivities or cross-contamination that is inherent in a commercial kitchen environment.
Modifications & Cancellations
To pause or cancel your plan, notification must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled healthy meal delivery cycle begins.
Address changes must be submitted via the user portal 24 hours in advance to ensure rerouting is possible within our logistics network.
Refunds are not issued for meals already in the preparation or delivery phase. Unused credits for cancelled subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata, subject to a RM 20 administrative fee.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
